Destructive and Non-destructive Product Testing
Pacific Hoseflex provides in house and onsite reliable and accurate testing for various pipe work, hoses and connectors; be it pressure, water, pneumatic, hydraulic, braking, vacuum, dye penetration, spark, X-ray or live video testing.
All products are inspected and checked at all manufacturing hold points to comply with a stringent quality management system. All testing equipment is calibrated and certified to comply with ISO 9001:2008.

A full time level 2 certified testing technician performs all in house and on sites quality checks and operations. Level 3 and NATA testing can also be completed on request.
Our procedures and practices accord with our quality program; staff are trained and provided with correct PPE. The in-house activities have been independently evaluated by independent specialists
