Position details

Opportunities available for a Logistics/Inventory Control required to join our production team. The core role will be providing frontline logistics and stock support and extends to receiving goods in, packing and dispatching of daily goods. To be considered for this role you MUST be able to demonstrate:

  • Certificate III in Transport and Logistics (Warehousing) or sufficient experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Particular knowledge relating to hose equipment and technical (engineering) capabilities of same.
  • Sound understanding and appreciation of PHF sales procedures and practices incorporating a professional image.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to perform a variety of tasks in relation to the volume and range of work both on hand and incoming.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Forklift Licence.
  • Driver Licence.

This is a full time position – standard 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 6am – 2.30pm. Flexibility is required with start and finish times to accommodate production workloads. 3rd year apprentices are encouraged to apply & will be considered. Wages will be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful applicant must be willing to complete pre-employment tests plus drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement.
