As part of an infrastructure upgrade, Pacific Hoseflex was engaged to supply corrosion-resistant piping to replace and enhance the No. 1 Cell Acid Supply Pipework. The solution needed to withstand highly corrosive acids while ensuring continuous and safe operation of the pickling process.
Our Scope
- Pacific Hoseflex supplied DN150 Teflon (PTFE) lined pipe, engineered for chemical resistance, durability, and operational reliability in steel manufacturing pickling operations.
- DN150 Teflon Lined Pipe Provides a non-reactive internal surface for safe acid transfer, protecting both the piping system and operational personnel. The PTFE lining ensures long-term resistance to corrosion and chemical attack in aggressive industrial environments.
