Our System Incorporates:
– The 24-hour online customer portal is view only with a unique customer login.
– Device Compatible – IPad, IPhone. Laptop/Computer, Tablet PC (ISO / Android)
– An email notification alert (Send / Receive) is applied.
– Utilizes a user friendly interface with customer portal pages that are multi browser compatible.
– Certification, Tag information, pictures and related files can be attached for actioning.
– A fully developed database that is hosted in our secure server.
– PHF Administrator manages the program with limited actions by other admin personal ensuring accuracy and security of and security of data.
– Search actions – Customer detail – phone, fax, email, test details, assembly requirements, client specifications, hose condition.
– Traceability – Information re test and manufacture dates, due dates, recall dates, scheduled maintenance, and current location.
Reports from our Asset (Hose) Management System are developed to ensure clients are fully informed as to the status of their hose assemblies.
