Vapflex sets the standard for safe and efficient gas transfer. Engineered for Coal Seam Gas (CSG), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas, and Town Gas, this industrial rubber hose delivers exceptional reliability. Its black antistatic synthetic rubber tube offers exceptional flexibility and abrasion resistance, while reinforced layers ensure durability under high pressure.

Built to perform in extreme conditions

Vapflex is designed to perform under extreme conditions, offering a range of optional features to enhance safety and functionality. For instance, an embedded cross-linked copper wire helix provides electrical resistance, making it safe to handle static electricity during suction operations. An embedded metallic spiral wire further enhances its suction capabilities, ensuring reliable performance even in high-demand environments.

Vapflex’s outer cover is manufactured from fire-resistant black synthetic rubber, offering excellent resistance to oils, abrasion, weathering, and ozone exposure. It is also pricked to allow gas permeation, adding an extra layer of safety and reliability in critical gas transfer applications.

Engineered for versatility, certified for excellence

The Vapflex Hose is available in a wide range of sizes, from 1/2’’ to 4’’ for Class C applications and 3/4’’ to 4’’ for Class H applications. With temperature ratings from -20°C to +65°C for Class C and -50°C to +65°C for Class H, Vapflex is engineered to perform reliably across diverse environmental conditions.

Fully compliant with AGA AS/NZS 1869 standards for Class C and H applications, Vapflex meets or exceeds industry benchmarks, including EN 1762, ISO 8031, and other international certifications.
