The Fig. 100 Hammer Union is a low-pressure union designed for use in manifold lines and general air, water, oil, or gas applications. Featuring a black nut and yellow subs for easy identification, this union provides a dependable connection for low-pressure piping systems where strength, durability, and ease of assembly are required.

This hammer union is rated for 1,000 PSI cold working pressure in standard service, with a 1,500 PSI test pressure. It is available with both threaded and butt weld ends, providing flexibility for different installation requirements. Available sizes range from 2″ to 8″, with approximate weights from 2.55 kg to 31.69 kg. Sour gas service is not applicable for this model.
