The Fig. 200 Hammer Union is a general service union designed for manifold lines and air, water, oil, or gas applications. Featuring a blue nut and grey subs for easy identification, this union is suitable for applications requiring a reliable connection with higher pressure capability than low-pressure Fig. 50 and Fig. 100 unions.
This hammer union is rated for 2,000 PSI cold working pressure and 3,000 PSI test pressure in both standard service and sour gas service. It is available with both threaded and butt weld ends, and includes a metal-to-metal sealing surface for secure, dependable sealing during operation.
Available sizes range from 1″ to 10″, with approximate weights from 0.79 kg to 41.27 kg. Butt weld options are available in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80.
