This is a lightweight, high-pressure hose rated to 3000 PSI (207 Bar) and qualified to SAE AS1339 aerospace standards.
It features a smoothbore PTFE inner core, which is extruded for consistency and performance. The core is reinforced with CRES 304 stainless steel wire braid—using a single braid layer for sizes -04 to -10, and a double layer for larger sizes from -12 to -24.
The conductive PTFE inner core offers excellent chemical resistance and performs reliably across a wide temperature range, from -54°C to +204°C. It also has an unlimited shelf life.
A pre-tensioned braid design allows for an exceptionally tight bend radius, making it one of the most flexible high-pressure PTFE hoses with metal braiding.
Standard fittings are made from 316 stainless steel, with titanium options available where weight reduction is important.
For added safety, fire protection compliant with AS1055 Class A and B is available, either as an integral layer or as a slip-on firesleeve (AS1072). Chafe protection sleeves are also available in a range of materials, in both integral and slip-on formats.
