The Fig. 211 Hammer Union is a 2,000 PSI union designed for air, water, oil, or gas applications. Featuring a grey nut and blue subs for quick visual identification, this union is suited to threaded line connections where dependable sealing and straight breakout capability are required.
This hammer union is rated for 2,000 PSI cold working pressure and 3,000 PSI test pressure in standard service. Sour gas service is not applicable for this model. The Fig. 211 is available with threaded ends and includes flat-face subs. An O-ring is recommended for line connections where straight breakout of short pipe segments is required.
Available sizes include 3″ and 2″, with approximate weights of 2.99 kg and 6.38 kg respectively.
