Fig. 207 Hammer Union – Blue Cap, Grey Subs

The Fig. 207 Hammer Union is a 2,000 PSI blanking cap union designed to blank off the end of a line. Featuring a blue cap and grey subs for easy identification, this union is fully interchangeable with Fig. 200 and Fig. 206 unions, making it a practical option for compatible 2,000 PSI hammer union systems.

This hammer union is rated for 2,000 PSI cold working pressure and 3,000 PSI test pressure in both standard service and sour gas service. An O-ring is provided in the blanking cap to help ensure a leak-proof seal during operation.

Available sizes include 3″, 4″, and 6″, with approximate weights ranging from 4.44 kg to 20.81 kg. The Fig. 207 is available with both threaded and butt weld ends, with butt weld options available in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80.
