The Fig. 206 Hammer Union is a 2,000 PSI hammer union designed for general service applications where enhanced sealing performance is required. Similar to the Fig. 200 design, the Fig. 206 includes a secondary seal to supplement the metal-to-metal sealing system, making it suitable for use in corrosive environments.
This hammer union is rated for 2,000 PSI cold working pressure and 3,000 PSI test pressure in both standard service and sour gas service. It is suitable for air, water, oil, or gas applications and is available with both threaded and butt weld ends.
Available sizes range from 1″ to 10″, with approximate weights from 0.79 kg to 41.27 kg. Butt weld options are available in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80.
