The Fig. 300 Hammer Union is designed for applications requiring reliable sealing performance in corrosive environments. Similar to the Fig. 200 design, the Fig. 300 includes a secondary seal to supplement the metal-to-metal sealing system, helping provide dependable performance in demanding service conditions.
This hammer union is available in threaded and butt weld end configurations, with butt weld options available in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80. It features a grey nut and yellow subs for quick visual identification.
Available sizes include ½”, 1″, and 2″. The ½” size is rated for 15,000 PSI cold working pressure and 20,000 PSI test pressure, while the 1″ and 2″ sizes are rated for 2,000 PSI cold working pressure and 3,000 PSI test pressure. Sour gas service is not applicable for this model.
